Local and national support services
- 1737: free call or text to talk to a trained counsellor 24 hours a day.
- Local counselling services: contact ChangeAbility, Te Hauora Runanga, Pathways
- Medical centre: talk to a doctor or health improvement practitioner or contact Practice Plus for after hours medical advice at practiceplus.nz
